About Jordan

Strategy experience. Small business heart.

I grew up working in my parents' small sporting goods store — stocking shelves, helping customers, watching them make every decision with limited resources and no safety net. That experience stuck with me.

It's what drove me into strategy and finance, and it's what eventually brought me back. After years in management consulting and strategic roles at Deloitte, Slalom, Apple, and Nordstrom, I realized the tools I was using every day for large organizations were exactly what small business owners needed — and almost never had access to.

I started Jessen Business Advisory to change that. I work with owners across industries who are ready to grow and want the same rigorous, data-backed strategy that larger companies take for granted.
